We offer a 7 day free trial as standard on our self-serve plans - and during that period, you can generate messages at any time. You can also cancel at any time and incur no charges.

The intention of this free trial is to give you the opportunity to generate messages, test different configuration options, and, if you want to, send the messages to your prospects. It means you can try the product for free, see the kinds of messages it generates and monitor their success rates, whilst still maintaining control over what you send to who.

There is a hard limit set on the total number of messages you can generate within the 7 day trial period. Please see the pricing page for details. If you want to increase that limit, you can contact us to move to a paid subscription at any time.

In order to send Upscale messages, you can also run a trial with one of the Send Automation tools in parallel e.g. Skylead or Expandi.

This is our secret sauce! Our research mechanism is the core of our business. We are constantly working on ensuring that it is the best in the market and we take pride in maintaining that position.

We only use legally available information. Our messages will never come across as unsettling or invasive, either - your prospects will be glad that you seemed to do your research properly, and will assume you read the relevant information from appropriate publicly available sources.

In order to generate your tailored messages, Upscale only needs full name and company.

Upscale has some very clever proprietary functionality to find everything it needs to know about the prospect using only that basic information.

In order to help LinkedIn automation tools send the right message to the right prospect, it helps if you can also provide a Linkedin profile URL for each prospect.

Our philosophy is that a customer should spend their money only when they really want to.

That's why we offer a free trial for new customers - so that new customers can explore the functionality without spend commitment.

Once customers have made the decision to go ahead and buy our product, we consider it a decision they have made with appropriate information.

Therefore we do not offer any refunds.

Once you delete your prospect information from your account, it is deleted forever from our servers.

Yes! We have an API endpoint that enables you to retrieve messages once they are generated. If you would like to access this, you need to sign up for the API product on our Pricing page.

As an API User, you will also automatically have access to the message-generation-request endpoint - to load your prospects into Upscale and request your preferred types of messages to be generated for each prospect.

As an API User, you will also automatically have access to the retrieval endpoint - to retrieve all personalised messages once they have been generated by upscale.

There are several different ways you can pull together your own prospects list. If you have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription, that is a great place to start.

Alternatively, you could pay an offshore service to pull a list together for you, if you specify your criteria. Or you can create lists using subscriptions to other tools like Apollo, or Crunchbase.

We have been running automated campaigns from LinkedIn profiles for a number of years without any issue, because we take the necessary precautions.

LinkedIn puts in place a number of restrictions to prohibit the use of bots on their platform. We adhere to strict thresholds to ensure we stay within LinkedIn's bot-detection limits - to protect profiles from being restricted.

So long as the activity being automated from your profile is within the appropriate limits, your profile is safe from restriction.

Once your campaign is running, you will receive acceptances to connection requests and responses to messages on your LinkedIn account as if you had sent them manually.

In addition, we will send you a full summary of your campaign results once it has concluded - including data on acceptance rates and response rates.

We will also send you a list of all recipients that replied to your campaign, to ensure you can double check that you have responded to their replies.

If you are running your own campaign and using the on demand message generation, then you will be able to see at any time which prospects have had messages generated for them.

If you delete information from your account then that information is deleted forever.

We maintain the right to use anonmymous engagement rate data to analyse potential enhancements to our message logic.

There are a number of LinkedIn campaign execution tools available via subscription which are able to consume Upscale's messages and send those to your prospects. If you have an subscription to one of these tools, you are able to set up your own campaigns and configure them to your preferences (including loading them with Upscale messages).

We have an existing integration with Skylead, which means that if you choose to use Skylead as your campaign automation tool, you are able to load your prospects and messages into Skylead from Upscale in just one click.

Short answer: it depends on which automation product you are using. Ultimately our mission is to ensure that every LinkedIn automation product in the world is able to use our generated messages. But we cannot guarantee that yet - we're working on it.

If you use Skylead, we can guarantee that Upscale's tailored messages can be loaded into your campaign and sent automatically, with just one click.

If you are using another LinkedIn automation product, it will likely be possible to load Upscale's messages via csv. Tools like Expandi, Dripify, Salesflow, Waalaxy and more support this process already.

If you are using a LinkedIn automation product that does not have csv upload capability for custom messages, we will speak to the team behind the tool and work with them to find a way to load your messages into your campaign.
